It’s January 2nd, and you are likely thinking about goals and what to do differently this year.
Instead of simply writing goals or resolutions, take out a piece of paper and pen and write a letter to yourself, dated December 31, 2015. Write about the year you just had, what experiences you went through, what you achieved and why that was important to you.
Describe what was it that was different about this year that you actually fulfilled your goals and dreams… And show gratitude for ALL the experiences you just had, as everything is either a blessing or a lesson. Sign off with love and know that it isn’t about perfectionism; it’s about love, light, positive energy and perseverance.
This can and will be an amazing year, if you are willing to step up, take responsibility and be open enough to receive this gift of a fully-lived year!! Once you’ve written your letter, put it in a sealed envelope and put a reminder in your calendar to open & read it on 12.31.15, and see how aligned your reality was with your vision. Here’s to a fantastic 2015!!
