Do you remember Newton’s Laws of Motion? Something like: “A body at rest will most likely stay at rest, and a body in motion will most likely stay in motion.”
A huge majority of New Year’s Resolutions have to do with losing weight and “getting back on track” with workouts and dieting. Don’t think about it as a “track” you are either ON (successful) or OFF (failing)– or about “losing” anything. It’s ALL about mindset! Become a “body in motion that stays in motion.”
