All positions are virtual, work from home, part-time Contractor positions, preferably for Contractors based in the US for ideal time zone purposes.

Our ideal Sales Rockstar:

Position starts: As soon as possible! 

Compensation: Based on high ticket commission sales

Experience: 2 years, preferably in the coaching industry

Availability: 20+ hours per week

Our Sales Rockstar executes daily sales activities in alignment with company goals, ensuring that assigned prospects are showing up to calls, followed up with promptly, and converted to sales when they are a fit for our coaching programs, while professionally and warmly representing our brand.

 

  • Loves connecting with people and making a difference for them. People often want to be around you because you have “great energy!”
  • Is a great communicator; you’re accessible, and love to stay connected with our team.
  • Takes the initiative and doesn’t hold back. You look for ways to go above and beyond.

  • Makes offers to potential clients before, during and after our virtual events.

Essential Responsibilities: 

 

  • Updates calendar regularly with ample availability for prospects to schedule calls
  • Builds rapport with leads prior to call via text, Messenger or email
  • Maintains calendar to avoid double bookings
  • Adds all new leads to sales system and update the system as the prospect moves through the sales process, so that it is always up to date and accurately reflecting all sales lead statuses
  • Manages bookings for rescheduling and cancellations, updating the appropriate software where necessary and following up with leads to reschedule when appropriate 
  • Manages calendar conflicts by promptly reassigning calls to another available sales team member
  • Manages no-shows by calling, texting, messaging several times before cancelling the call
  • Conducts sales calls professionally and confidently in accordance with Company sales process and values
  • Supports the billing and administrative team in onboarding and fulfilling, promptly and accurately relaying payment terms and bonuses in accordance with Company procedures
  • Supports the sales team in executing outreach campaigns to previous leads

Position starts: As soon as possible

Compensation: Starting at $16 – $18 per hour

Experience: Preferably a minimum of one year

Availability: 20-40 hours per month

As our Community Manager, you will support our free Facebook group community, Instagram followers, and ZOOM experiences through active engagement, private messaging, comments and connection. We are seeking a team player who loves connecting with people online, coaching, and speaking into possibility.

  • Demonstrates loyalty and integrity by being ethical and protecting our Intellectual Property

 

Essential Responsibilities: 

 

  • Welcome new members on a weekly basis
  • Monitor and review posts that violate our group guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all members
  • Answer questions or respond to posts with compassion and encouragement in alignment with our company value of deep connection
  • Schedule free events inside the group and invite active members
  • Build rapport with members in our private free Facebook community by engaging within the group and providing suggestions on our existing free resources that could support them 
  • Engage with followers who comment on our Instagram posts. 
  • When appropriate, according to our guidelines, continue conversations with potential prospects in direct message to support them with booking a call with our team
  • Support sales team with personal outreach for no-shows or reschedules by calling, texting, or messaging 

Position starts: April 2021

Compensation: $350 – $1000, depending on how involved you are, and the opportunity to grow as we grow!

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Availability: 10+ hours per month

Our ideal Support Coach will support our clients through active engagement and connection. We are seeking someone who stands for vision over excuses, and is willing to be loving and firm with our clients, and doesn’t settle for mediocre.

  • Represents our company culture, brand and will be an extension of Amy Yamada, LLC, our Dream Team, and our commitment to excellence.

Essential Responsibilities:

 

  • Be active on a daily basis in our Facebook group by offering coaching on clients questions and requests within group 
  • Check Slack on a daily basis for any conversations that require a response (and respond accordingly)
  • Outreach to your assigned coaching group on a monthly basis as a check-in to ensure they are feeling supported or if they need any specific coaching they are not actively asking for
  • Open up calendar for clients to book their 30-minute coaching calls with you (have at least 5 spots open each week)
  • Input call notes into AirTable after EACH individual coaching session
  • Encourage clients in between coaching calls/events as needed via FB Messenger, email, text or in the group to ensure they are staying engaged and showing up
  • Outreach to clients during contests to offer bonus coaching
  • Coach clients into their victories and decisions
  • Advise coaching team of any pertinent updates on clients including celebrations, challenges, concerns 
  • Support with creating new engagement projects
