For more than 14 years, I’ve been helping entrepreneurs express the truest, most powerful version of their work, and in the last few years, that mission has expanded in a profound way. What began as coaching and communication has evolved into a much larger mission:

I built my company in 2011 on a simple truth:

Before AI entered the picture, I was always fascinated by the space where communication becomes connection. Long before I knew the term “meaning-layer,” I was helping people articulate who they are at their core – and that thread has guided my entire career.
Over the years, I’ve had the honor of teaching and supporting thousands of entrepreneurs across industries. Many of them tell me the same thing: that this work finally gave them the words – and the visibility – they’d been searching for.
I’m based in Seattle, Washington, though my work reaches entrepreneurs and organizations around the world.
Outside of my work, I love creating, traveling, spending time in nature, and being with Ken and our family.
