Born on a U.S. military base in Yokohama, Japan, I moved to Seattle at 18 for college and spent 15 years climbing the corporate ladder in media — from advertising exec to marketing director. Then I walked away from it all to start my own speaking and coaching business from scratch. No plan, just a calling I couldn’t ignore.
When I’m not on stage or co-creating something new, you’ll find me walking lush Pacific Northwest trails, journaling over an oat milk latte, or soaking in time with my love Ken, our amazing kids, and my incredible friends.
