A little about me… In 2011, after 15 years as a Marketing Director and Advertising Executive, I switched gears to follow my passion: coaching entrepreneurs. And since then, I’ve been teaching business owners how to sell and market themselves and their services authentically, without the sleazy sales tactics. Born & raised on a U.S. Military base in Yokohama, Japan. Moved to Seattle at 18 for college. (But please don’t ask me to speak Japanese – it’s embarrassing.)
Coffee addict.
With oat milk.

Went skydiving one year on my birthday and somehow convinced six friends to join me. Still can’t believe we all lived to tell the tale.
Danced on stage with Debbie Gibson as a teenager when she came to Tokyo.

Firm believer that GPS is the best invention on the planet. How did we get anywhere before?
Love speaking and inspiring people. The largest physical stage I’ve spoken from was in front of 1000+ people. (I have a vision of speaking on an arena-sized stage!) Now I reach thousands from virtual stages each year.
Featured in the film documentary, “Inspired by 11.” Watching myself on the big screen was surreal!
Craziest endurance challenge? Climbing this insanely steep hill 100 times at Jesse Itzler’s house in Connecticut. It was brutal, beautiful, and totally life-changing.
One of my favorite quotes is from Mother Teresa: “Let no one come to you without leaving better and happier.” That’s my goal every single day – with my clients, my team, and everyone I meet.
