Today I’m sharing with you how to create cash fast in your business!
There are 3 key steps to start with:
1: Get super clear on your timeline and amount.
How much money are you looking to call in and by when?
2: Figure out what you can create at a premium level that would make a difference for your ideal client.
For example, I have a 2-day intensive workshop coming up to solve my clients’ challenges around their marketing message, content writing, and overcoming objections in sales conversations. This is a premium offer priced at $5K.
Another great option is a high-end VIP intensive day. This can be in person, but you can also do it at home over Zoom! Ask yourself – if I could work with my client for 1 day, what kind of result could I create for them that would make the biggest difference?
One quick note on what to charge… if you aren’t sure what to charge, think about how can I add value to what I’m offering. For example, if you feel a little shaky charging $1000 for a 1 day intensive, consider adding 30 days of Voxer access to you after, or a few coaching sessions. That’s just one idea. Don’t make the offer until you are enrolled in it yourself!
Now, do the math to figure out how many of your offers you need to sell during your timeline.
If you want to generate $10K in 2 weeks and you come up with a $2K offering, then you get to sell 5 people into that offering within 2 weeks.
Now, this is usually when a little negative voice might pop up in your head saying “who do you think you are to do this…”
Remember… let it be easy. If that voice comes up for you acknowledge it, but let it know it doesn’t have any place in your business because you are up to serving others with your awesome new offer!
3: Make a list of who your offering will actually make a difference for.
Literally, sit down and make a list. You may already have an email list, which is great, but don’t forget your circle of influence including friends, colleagues, past clients, current clients, and people you’ve done past sales calls with who weren’t quite ready to step in.
If you feel blocked, take a moment to pause and connect in. If a specific name or face comes to mind, call that person first.
After you’ve completed these steps, it’s time to….
SMILE & DIAL
Start making calls and making offers!! I do this by giving the person a call, and starting the conversation by getting clear on where that person is in her life. Based on that, if they are a good fit for the offer, I say “I want to share an idea with you… then discuss the offer.”
Keep it simple and casual. Practice not being attached to the outcome.
If you get in your head remember, you might be able to make a massive difference for that person who came to mind.
Now go forth and create some cash!

I just watched your video here and it got me fired up to create a 2-day event. Thank you so much for sharing this idea. So, I am targeting Therapists in my area. I have a list of about 242 folks. I don’t really have a strong relationship with them, but I do have a very valuable referral that is a client of mine and these folks are connected to that person.
I have a couple of questions. Can I make an offer to a colder audience or should I warm them up first before I plan my 2 day VIP day? What do you suggest in terms of getting 10 people together in one room? How long do you make the day? I think you mentioned 5 hours each day. Is that correct?
