Feeling grumpy or in a FUNK?? GOOD NEWS– It’s time to get HAPPY!!
Write down a list of anything good in your life right now. If you can’t think of ONE thing, call one of your favorite people and ask him or her for some suggestions THEN, check yo’ surroundings!!!
Are you staying home and inactive because you don’t want to face the world? (P.S. The world wants to see YOU!)
Does your office/ work environment support your natural desire to thrive? OR is it messy/ dark/ smelly/ with piles of stress everywhere? If you need a change of environment, either do things to organize & spruce up your workspace– OR depending on your work, go someplace that always feels “happy.”
At the end of life, we don’t want to look back and say, “I was grumpy and chose to not do anything about it.” Instead, practice and activate HAPPINESS. (You’ll thank yourself later.)
